Looking for somewhere to hold a corporate reception, a birthday, an anniversary or a dinner with clients? We have three options: the terrace on top of the Galbiani Palace, the restaurant on the fourth floor, or the conference hall in the same building. Each of them comes with food from our Dalmatian kitchen.

Three rooms to hire
The terrace, the restaurant and the conference hall
The restaurant is on the fourth floor of the Galbiani Palace, the terrace on the fifth, and the hall is in the same building. Which room you take depends on how many of you there are and what kind of gathering you are planning.
The terrace, fifth floor
Eight tables, 35 to 40 seats, looking over the old town and the fortresses. Roofed, glazed on all sides and air conditioned, so it works when the weather does not.
The restaurant, fourth floor
Another 15 to 20 seats, reached by lift. Taken on its own, or together with the terrace when the whole restaurant is booked.
The conference hall
In the same building, for over a hundred people. Equipped for receptions and business gatherings, with food from our kitchen.

A conference hall in the same building
For gatherings larger than the restaurant, there is a conference hall in the same building. It takes more than a hundred people and is set up for receptions, presentations and corporate events.
The food still comes from our kitchen. The hall and the kitchen go together, so there is no need to find a caterer separately or to coordinate two arrangements.

Pick the room that fits the occasion
Any occasion can be held in any of the three rooms, this is simply what works best in practice. Tell us the occasion and the number of guests and we will suggest the room.
Corporate receptions
For a reception, a presentation or a larger company gathering the hall works best: it holds over a hundred people and the food is served standing.
Business dinners and lunches
For a dinner with clients, a working lunch or a small team day, the restaurant and terrace are the right size: seated, up to forty people.
Birthdays and anniversaries
A birthday, an anniversary, a christening or a family gathering goes on the terrace: the view over the old town, 40 at the table or 60 buffet style.

How many of you fit
The terrace seats 35 to 40 people at eight tables, and the restaurant on the fourth floor another 15 to 20. For groups larger than that there is the hall in the building.

How it works
Book a venue for your event in Šibenik in three steps
The price depends on the date, the number of people, the room and the menu, so we do not publish it in advance: you will get a real proposal rather than a range that means nothing.

- 3ConfirmationConfirm and we settle the details. The deadline is four days before at the latest.
The food
Every room comes with our kitchen
The room is not hired empty. Whichever you take: the terrace, the restaurant or the conference hall: the food comes from our kitchen, and the menu is agreed in advance to suit the occasion and the number of guests: à la carte at the table, buffet for a larger group, cold platters for a standing reception.
We do the same catering away from the restaurant, for up to 80 people in and around Sibenik, if you are holding the party or the reception at your own address.

Questions about venue hire
How far in advance should we get in touch?
Four days before at the latest, and the earlier the better. For larger groups and off-site catering, more notice means more choice on the menu.
How much does venue hire cost?
It depends on the date, the number of people, the location and the menu, so we do not publish a price in advance. Send us the date and the numbers and you will get a concrete proposal.
What kind of events do you host?
Anything that fits the capacity of the rooms: corporate dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings and family gatherings. For anything larger there is the hall in the same building.
What if there are more of us than the restaurant holds?
There is a conference hall in the same building that holds over a hundred people. Catering for it comes from our kitchen.
Can we hire the whole restaurant?
You can. We close the terrace and the inner room for your party alone, up to 40 people seated or 60 buffet style. The room and the food are charged, and the menu is agreed in advance.
Do you host business dinners and receptions?
We do. For a dinner with clients or a working lunch for a smaller team, the restaurant and terrace suit best, up to forty people seated. For a larger standing reception there is the conference hall in the building.
Is the food included with the room, or arranged separately?
It comes with the room. The food is from our kitchen for the terrace, the restaurant and the hall in the building alike. The menu is agreed in advance, and both the room and the food are charged.
