The kitchen of Il Palazzo Galbiani also works away from the restaurant: a corporate reception at the office, a party at home or a gathering on site, in Šibenik and the area around it. We bring the food, and by arrangement the serving, the tableware and the equipment as well.

What we prepare
Hot and cold catering for up to 80 people
We do hot and cold catering for groups of up to eighty. Bread, sauces and desserts are made in house, the same as for guests in the restaurant.
Hot catering
Dishes served hot, cooked in our kitchen and brought to you ready to serve.
Cold catering
Platters, starters and bites for receptions and gatherings where people eat standing.
A menu by agreement
Put together for the occasion and the number of guests, rather than picked off a fixed list.

What you get
What is included and what is arranged
It is all a matter of agreement. Some guests want the food alone and handle the rest themselves; others want us to arrive with tableware and staff so they need not think about any of it. Tell us what you need and the proposal will follow it.
The food
The basic service: dishes cooked in our kitchen and brought to your address, ready to serve.
Serving
Our staff can serve on site as well, at an additional charge. Say so in your enquiry if you want it.
Tableware and equipment
We can bring tableware and equipment too, also at an additional charge. If you have your own, there is no need.

Delivery in Sibenik and the surrounding area
We come out in Sibenik and the area around it: as far as Njivice in one direction, and about the same distance in the other.

The occasion decides both the menu and the way it is served: a standing reception asks for something different than a family lunch at the table. Tell us the occasion in your enquiry and the proposal will match it.

How it works
How to order catering in three steps
Four days before is the latest we can take a booking, but the earlier you write, the more choice there is on the menu. The price depends on the date, the number of people, the location and the menu, so we do not publish it in advance.

Venue hire
No venue of your own? You can hire ours
For groups of up to forty you need not go anywhere: the terrace atop the palace is taken for the whole party. For a corporate reception of over a hundred there is the conference hall in the same building, and the food still comes from our kitchen.

Questions about catering
How far in advance should we get in touch?
Four days before at the latest, and the earlier the better. For larger groups and off-site catering, more notice means more choice on the menu.
How much does catering in Šibenik cost?
It depends on the date, the number of people, the address and the menu, so we do not publish a price in advance. Send us the date and the numbers and you will get a real proposal rather than a range that means nothing.
How far do you travel with catering?
In Sibenik and the area around it: as far as Njivice in one direction, and about the same in the other. Send your address with the enquiry and we will tell you straight away.
How many people do you cater for?
We do hot and cold catering for groups of up to eighty people.
Do you cater corporate receptions?
We do. Receptions usually call for cold catering, platters and bites served standing, and hot dishes by arrangement. Up to eighty people, in Sibenik and the surrounding area.
Can you serve as well, or do you only bring the food?
The basic service is bringing the food, but we can serve on site as well, at an additional charge. The same goes for tableware and equipment. Tell us what you need in your enquiry and the proposal will follow it.
